Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026 · Norton Crewfit Solutions LLC ("Crewfit," "we," "us")

These terms cover the nortoncrewfit.com website and the Crewfit apps we set up for businesses ("clients"). If a client signs a separate service agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.

1. The service

Crewfit sets up and runs a crew and billing app for each client: crews mark jobs done on their phones, invoices build from that work, and the office sends invoices and tracks payments. What's included depends on the client's plan, as shown on our website or in their agreement.

2. Accounts and logins

3. Fees and payment

4. Your data

5. Using Crewfit the right way

Don't use Crewfit to:

6. Card payments (optional)

If a client turns on card payments, its customers pay through Stripe, and the money goes to the client's own Stripe account. The client agrees to Stripe's terms when it sets up its account. Crewfit isn't a party to those payments, doesn't hold the money, and takes no cut. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are between the client, its customer and Stripe. A client that charges card payers a fee is responsible for following the rules that apply to that fee.

7. Who owns the app

Crewfit owns the app, its code and its design, including any changes we build for a client. A client gets the right to use its app while it's a Crewfit client. A client's name and logo remain the client's.

8. Changes, availability and support

9. No guarantees

Apart from what's written in these terms or a signed agreement, Crewfit is provided "as is." Clients should review invoices before sending them. Crewfit isn't tax, legal or accounting advice.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Crewfit isn't liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what the client paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Ending service

A client can cancel as described in section 3. We can end service with 30 days' notice, or right away if a client seriously breaks these terms or doesn't pay within 30 days of the due date. Either way, the client keeps the right to download its data for 60 days.

12. Louisiana law

These terms are governed by Louisiana law. If there's a disagreement, we'll first try to work it out by talking. If that doesn't work, it will be handled in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish or Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

13. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date above when these terms change, and we'll tell clients directly about significant changes at least 30 days before they apply.
